House and apartment clearance
Emptying a property from top to bottom, or only the rooms standing in the way of a sale, a letting or building work. We handle the carrying, the sorting and the removal, without you having to lift a single box.
A house clearance has to be scoped properly: the price depends not only on volume but on the floor level, whether there is a lift, the distance between the door and the van, the parking options and the nature of what comes out. Two houses of identical size can take one day or three. That is why we settle these points before quoting a price, rather than after.

Town, property type, floor level, lift, van access and a few photos per room are enough for a first price range.

Above a certain volume, or where access is awkward, a visit avoids unpleasant surprises on both sides.

What goes, what stays, what is set aside: the scope is written down before work starts.
- 04Protection and sorting
Circulation routes and communal areas are protected, and waste streams are separated as the rooms are emptied.
- 05Removal and handover
Materials go to the appropriate channels, and the property is handed back swept and accessible.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be there during the clearance?
No, provided access has been arranged and the list of items to keep was agreed beforehand. Many jobs are carried out with a neighbour, a notaire or an estate agent holding the keys.
Can you clear only part of the property?
Yes. A partial clearance is common before a sale: we remove what is cluttering the rooms and leave the rest. The scope is then described room by room in the quotation.
What happens to furniture that is still usable?
Where its condition and local outlets allow, it is set aside for donation, reuse or resale rather than being removed as mixed waste. This can reduce the cost of the clearance.
Do you work in buildings without a lift?
Yes. The floor level and the absence of a lift increase carrying time and are therefore reflected in the quotation, but they are not an obstacle.
