Business premises clearance
Handing back premises at the end of a lease, freeing up floor space before a fit-out or emptying an overflowing stockroom: the work is scheduled to disturb the running business as little as possible.
On commercial premises the binding constraint is almost never the volume: it is the calendar. A lease handover date is not negotiable, and a shop cannot close for three days. So we fit the work around your windows — early morning, evening, Sunday — and we commit to a completion date rather than an approximate duration.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work outside opening hours?
Yes. It is in fact the most common arrangement for occupied shops and offices. The slot is set in the quotation.
What happens to paper archives?
They are removed separately to a destruction channel. If you need documentary evidence, say so when requesting the quotation so the right channel is chosen from the outset.
Do you take IT equipment?
Electrical and electronic equipment is separated and directed to the WEEE channel. Erasing the data remains your responsibility and must be done before collection.
Do you handle end-of-lease handovers?
Yes, it is a common case. The scope is then aligned with the incoming schedule of condition so that the handover matches what is expected.
