Data collected
Name, telephone number, email address, town, type of work, type of property and the free text of your message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your request for a quotation or for information and, where appropriate, to arrange a visit or a job. The legal basis is your consent, given via the form's tick box, together with the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
The data is received by @TELIER13 and by its host (Hostinger International Ltd.) acting as a technical processor. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Retention period
Three years from the last contact, unless a contract is signed, in which case the statutory accounting and contractual retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise it, write to contact@midi-debarras-curage.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no analytics, advertising or social network cookies. No resource is loaded from a third-party server: the typeface is hosted on the site itself. No consent banner is therefore required. Should an analytics tool or an embedded map be added later, this page and a consent mechanism would have to be put in place.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form includes a trap field designed to filter out automated submissions.
