End-of-job cleaning
An empty but dusty property shows badly. End-of-job cleaning makes it immediately presentable, for a viewing, a key handover or the arrival of the trades.
This is not a full domestic clean and we do not present it as one: it is the tidying that follows a clearance or a strip-out, once the dust from removal has settled everywhere. The aim is simple — that whoever opens the door after us sees rooms, not a building site.

- Dusting skirtings, ledges and window sills
- Removal of tape, protective sheeting and site residue
- Cleaning of sanitary ware and water points left in place
- Removal of the last end-of-works waste

Ordered alongside the clearance or strip-out, or on its own after the event.

Cleaning takes place once every room has been cleared.
- 03Floors and surfaces
Sweeping, vacuuming, then dusting of horizontal surfaces.

Removal of protective sheeting, tape and any remaining residue.
- 05Check
Room-by-room inspection before the keys are handed back.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Is this a full clean?
No. It is an end-of-works tidy: floors, horizontal surfaces and removal residue. A deeper clean for re-letting is a separate service.
Can I order the cleaning on its own?
Yes, after a clearance carried out by you or by someone else, provided the rooms have genuinely been emptied.
Are the windows cleaned?
Dusting of sills and frames is included. Cleaning the glazing itself is an option, to be specified in the quotation.
How soon after the clearance?
Usually straight away, on the same day. That is also the cheapest option, since the team and equipment are already on site.
